Canterbury Based Autumn 6 Week Pregnancy & Birth Preparation Yoga Practice Course
Connect with your baby, nourish your changing body and relax within a quiet and welcoming space. Mindful pregnancy yoga offers a holistic body and mind approach to the journey of your pregnancy with expertise based on years of midwifery practice and specialist training in pregnancy yoga.

About the event
During the course you will be offered:
*Gentle yoga flow movement to enhance your stability, strength and body spaciousness, encouraging optimal fetal positioning and your physical wellbeing
*Breathing techniques that may relieve stress and improve your sleep as well as become beneficial during labour and early motherhood
*Routes to connect with your own intuition so you may step into labour and early motherhood feeling calm, balanced and empowered
Classes are suitable for pregnant ladies in 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Sessions are 1 hour 6pm to 7pm.
The Canterbury Course starts 11th October and ends 15th November 2023.
Places are limited. Once the online booking system reaches the maximum class size of 8 a reserve list will start. Please do still register in case of cancellations.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Mats and yoga props will be provided.
